Answers from the Ancestors is an invitation to each of us, to listen to the lives and patterns that have
been repeated from generation to generation in our families. Every human being has energy as information installed in our bones. That energy plays a part in the way we relate to the environment, in how we handle our emotions, and in the way we think about the world. The information inscribed in our DNA and the science behind explaining how it is passed on between generations, is called EPIGENETICS. If we listen to ancestral traditions from around the world, we would find wisdom and knowledge on how to heal our ancestral lineage As we go through life, we realize that it is necessary to explore and recognize that behaviors and difficulties are present in ourselves. We can transform and heal unhealthy patterns we have received from our parents and ancestors. As a collective wound, shadows from unhealthy patterns are present as well. That have to be healed too for future generations and the common good of all human beings. At the same time, it is relevant to celebrate our Ancestors successes, resilience and gifts that accompany us, by remembering and honoring them. When recognizing that the human kingdom can heal, we recognize that our own healing is linked to the medicine of sacred earth, water, fire, air with all the rest of the kingdoms; mineral, plant, and animal as well. From around the earth, native Ancestral Traditions, have left us their legacy of wisdom in healing our ancestral lineage that we have forgotten with our modern distracted lives. Our ancestors used ceremonies, dances, chants, and meditations, among other practices to heal, release, surrender, embrace and illuminate with love those dark parts that have blocked us. It is our responsibility to recognize that healing practices are not only a process of self-liberation improving our health, but also to improve our relationship with our families and the Planet.
